FROM being four points behind to moving two points clear.
Cefn didn't have to take to the field of play to achieve a turnaround at the top of the Summer League standings.
The league's management committee has announced that Cefn's points deduction for the season has been reduced from 12 down to six, making them red hot favourites to scoop the title.
There is now no penalty for Cefn for calling off their match versus Llanrhaeadr on May 3 as Llannefydd had a home Lock Stock Welsh Alliance League game on the same night.
However, the six-point reduction remains in place for the club for the cancellation of the match at home to Caerwys on April 26.
As a result of the points announcement, Cefn moved from third to first in the table, ahead of Thursday evening's round of matches.
