HUGHES PAT January 10th 2019 Passed peacefully at Sherwood Lodge Care Home, Preston, Lancashire. Previously of Lon Nant, Denbigh. Beloved wife of Gordon for 57 years. A devoted mother to David, John and Colin and a fond mother-in-law. She was the adored Nain to Melanie, Arusha, Lynsey, Illana and Rhiannon. A loving Hen Nain to Michael, Lucy, Jacob, Malaika, Tacari, Aubrey and Ritho. Always working hard for everyone will be greatly missed by all.
