JACKIE MacCORMACK (Mrs Mac) peacefully at home surrounded by her family on 27th April, 2021 aged 86 years. Wife of the late David, loving mum of Andrew and Lynn, beloved grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed for her sense of fun and unconditional love for all her family. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will be held for Jacky at St. Dyfnog's Church, Llanrhaeadr followed by committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St Asaph.
