THE nation’s favourite yellow bear is bringing his friends to Rhyl for a magical evening in March.

Following an exciting 2018 in which he celebrated his 70th birthday, Sooty, Sweep and Soo will be joined at the Pavilion by TV pal Richard Cadell for the brand-new spring live show ‘Sooty’s Magic Show’on Sunday, March 10.

Sooty was very busy in 2018, celebrating his amazing birthday with a brand-new series of The Sooty Show on ITVBe, which also marked the 50th year since his first television appearance, and included top celebrity cameos from Peter Andre, Lisa Riley, Only Fools and Horses' 'Boycie' John Challis and Steps and Strictly Come Dancing star Faye Tozer.

As if that wasn't enough, the mischievous bear threw a huge birthday celebration on Blackpool Pier in July, performed with faithful friend Sweep for Prince Charles - who also celebrated his 70th birthday in 2018 - at the London Palladium as part of ITV's We Are Most Amused and Amazed' followed by a stint throughout December with Richard Cadell as The Jester in Wolverhampton Grand Theatre’s Sleeping Beauty panto.

Now children in Rhyl can join in the fun, with Sooty’s new Magic Show which is sure to amaze with its incredible - and even impossible - tricks including a flying car, Soo’s singing unicorn and Sweep’s levitating sausage.

With special guests such as circus star Michael Jordan and the ultraviolet specialities of Fantasie de la Nuit, Sooty’s Magic Show is set to be a spectacular opportunity for fans old anew to create yet more cherished memories with the gang.
