FEUDING fairy royalty will cross paths with four runaway lovers and a troupe of actors in Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay this autumn.

A live recording of Shakespeare’s most famous romantic comedy, A Midsummer's Night Dream, will offers theatre fans at the Scala and Theatr Colwyn a front row seat to this incredibly immersive production in October.

Starring Game of Thrones' Gwendoline Christie, Green Wing actor Oliver Chris and more for the National Theatre Live production will transform the Bridge Theatre in London into a dream world of flying fairies, contagious fogs and moonlight revels, surrounded by a roving audience following the action on foot.

Witness the Bard's beguiling wit in all of its glory for the tale which sees wit in all of its beguiling skill as the magical royal couple meddle with mortal lives leading to love triangles, mistaken identities and transformations with hilarious, but dark consequences.

The play screens at both cinemas on Thursday, October 17 at 7pm.

Tickets for The Scala are £16, available from prestatyn.merlincinemas.co.uk and £12.50 for Theatr Colwyn from theatrcolwyn.co.uk.
