WORKING class wordsmith Brennan Reece will perform an online show with Theatr Clwyd next month.

The self-proclaimed "Mancunian scamp" was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe for his debut show EVERGLOW in 2016 and performed on Live At The Apollo in 2018.

Reece grew up on what is said to be one of the roughest council estates in the North and found a passion for performing at the age of four, which he pursued during his adolescence, forming an early career in theatre and film before moving to live stand up.

But the world in its current state is getting a bit too much for Reece, so he is setting out to explore what is making him so so sad, and why he always has to put a on a brave face. His mobile phone is a likely prime suspect - and perhaps reading the news too much.

Tickets cost £10.

The show takes place from 7.30pm on Saturday, March 27.
