A ROAD has been closed and an appeal has been launched asking motorists and others to stay away from the vicinity of the fire on the Llantysilio and Llangollen mountain which has re-ignited.
Firefighters have been tackling the blaze for 17 days, and the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service has now motorists to stay away from the area. In addition it has asked the public to keep off the mountain while its crews are fighting the blaze.
The road between Llantysilio village and the Ponderosa cafe has been closed in both directions.
