The crash happened at about 3.45pm on Saturday, August 18.

North Wales Police received a report of a two vehicle collision involving a Honda CBR 600 motorcycle and a silver Peugeot 206 on the A543 in Bylchau.

Sergeant Stephen Richards, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: "Sadly the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and our thoughts remain with his family at this difficult time.

"We are making an appeal to anybody who may have witnessed the collision and are yet to come forward, or to anybody who may have been travelling along the A543 just prior to the collision to contact us."

The road was closed to allow the Forensic Collision Investigation Team to carry out their initial enquiries. It was re-opened at around 8:30pm.
