A PEDESTRIAN ended up in hospital after being hit by a vehicle.
Police are appealing for information after the pedestrian was hit by a car on Rhyl High Street on the morning of Tuesday, January 8.
Following the incident, the person self-admitted themselves to hospital, believed to be Glan Clwyd Hospital.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We were called at 11.22am to a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car.
"A police helicopter was in attendance, and our inquiries are ongoing."
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We had sent an Emergency Ambulance to the scene, however it was cancelled pre-arrival as the patient self-admitted to the hospital."
