Both lanes on the A55 by junction 29 near Rhuallt have been re-opened following an earlier incident.
Traffic Wales, on Twitter, said an "incident" had caused the lane closure eastbound between junction 28, Waen/Rhuallt, and junction 29, Pant y Dulath.
Traffic Wales officers attended the scene.
