A NUMBER of schools have been forced to close this morning as a result of the adversed weather.
The following primary schools have been listed as closed on the Denbighshire County Council website:
Ysgol Betws Gwerful Goch, Corwen.
Ysgol Tremeirchion, St Asaph.
Ysgol Bro Aled, Llansannan
Ysgol Llannefydd
A spokesperson from Denbighshire County Council said: "We've received school closure notifications from Ysgol Tremeirchion and Ysgol Betws Gwerfil Goch (as at 8.30am).
"The gritters are out and about, but please take care as it is icy out there."
