THOMAS the Tank Engine will travel from the Island of Sodor to Llangollen this spring.
The much-loved star of the eponymous book and television series will be stopping in at Llangollen Railway Station on April 26-28 to give rides up and down the scenic track.
The smiley blue steam-engine's overseer, Sir Topham Hatt, known as the 'Fat Controller', will also be in attendance to keep Thomas under control.
The event will be a return journey to Llangollen for Thomas after his popular visit in August last year.
A spokesperson for Llangollen Railway said: "There will be lots to do in the imagination station at Llangollen.
"Come early as this is a very busy event; Thomas has lots of friends who love to come and see him."
