NORTH Wales should remain cold but sunny for the next 24 hours according to the latest Met Office forecast.
However there is a yellow warning for snow and ice in Llyn Peninsula and on Anglesey.
It predicted some sharp showers which will be a wintry mix with some hail possible, mainly in the far west this morning, otherwise it will be dry and sunny but cold with a maximum temperature of 7 °C.
Tonight there will be the odd shower in the far west but it will be a dry, cold and frosty night for most. It will turn cloudier with a spot of rain from the west by dawn with a minimum temperature of minus 8 °C.
On Sunday it will turn increasingly cloudy through the morning. There will be some rain and hill snow is set to sweep in from the west by lunchtime, with strengthening winds. The maximum temperature will be 9 °C.
A wet start is predicted for Monday but it should turn drier and brighter for a time. There will be a cold and frosty start on Tuesday before some rain quickly arrives. It will stay changeable on Wednesday.
