North Wales Police say they will not tolerate assaults on officers
A MAN from Kinmel Bay has been charged with four counts of common assault, drink driving and dangerous driving.
James Mark Lawrie, 35, of Kinmel Bay, was due to appear in court today (Tuesday, February 19).
This follows an assault on police officers at Borth Crossroads in Abergele in the early hours of February 18.
Six officers were attacked in separate incidents across North Wales over the weekend.
North Wales Police say they will not tolerate assaults on officers.
To improve safety, more PCs will be Taser trained.
