THE stars of this week’s Classroom Call are primary school pupils in Llannefydd.
Year two pupils at Ysgol Llannefydd, the village school five miles south-west of St Asaph, have been learning about Welsh and Roman history, including castles and battle weapons, while making catapults and royal crowns in an arts and crafts session.
Meanwhile year six pupils took to the more relaxing topic of cooking, practicing measuring oil and chopping vegetables.
Other pupils in the class drew and painted entries for this year’s Urdd Eisteddfod, with one entry showing JCB diggers working in the field.
