CHILDREN demonstrated their creative talents when an artist paid a visit to their school.
Alison Bradley, whose oil paintings, charcoal drawings and prints take in Snowdonia, North Wales, and Chester, carried out a painting workshop with pupils at Ysgol Emmanuel in Rhyl.

Children asked Alison questions, including her favourite colour and if she had painted a wolf?
Alison brought some of her art to showcase and produced a piece of landscape art before their eyes. She kindly donated the piece to the school.

Matthew Roberts, class teacher at Ysgol Emmanuel, said: "The children had been studying landscape art in class and had been inspired by Alison's landscape paintings of Snowdonia and the coast.

"The children proudly displayed their own landscape art work in class to show how they had been inspired by Alison. We were so grateful for her visiting that we presented her with a bunch of flowers.
"We will frame the piece Alison donated and plan to hang it in our school gallery."
Alison said she was "happy to give something back" and added that she hoped she had "inspired some of the children to pursue art in the future."
