MYSTERY surrounds a social media post made by a popular spa and hotel in Llangollen over the weekend.
White Waters Hotel and Spa posted to their Facebook page on Friday, April 5, announcing they were closed and apologised to customers for any inconvenience.
The family-owned hotel is a restored nineteenth century manor that sits in Berwyn Road, overlooking the River Dee and caters for a wide variety of events such as weddings, funerals, conferences and parties.
The online booking system remains open, but it is unclear at this moment in time if the closure is temporary or permanent.
Customers have left messages of concern over future bookings as well as memories at the establishment.
White Waters Llangollen were approached for comment but there was no answer on the phone or the hotel's Facebook page.
