A FUND raising lunch for ladies at the Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias restaurant, is planned for Llandudno’s St David’s Hospice.

Bryn, of Denbigh, will host the three course lunch on Thursday May 9, and after lunch, he will talk about his experiences in the culinary world, along with reflections on the success of his restaurants, his life influences and what inspires him.

Rhian Jacobs, St David’s Hospice Events Coordinator, said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming all to Porth Eirias for this fantastic experience. It will be a wonderful afternoon of fine dining and for those wishing to add an extra touch of sparkle to their afternoon, the licensed bar will be available.

“All profits from the ladies lunch will make a huge difference to local people, ensuring St David’s Hospice can continue to deliver the highest quality of care to those with advanced illnesses and also support for their families.

“We’d like thank Bryn and his team for their time for what promises to be a fun and interesting event.”

Bryn, has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London. Working under Marco Pierre White, Michel Roux he then became senior-sous at The Orrery for four years before opening his own restaurants. He is a regular on celebrity chef programmes, including appearances on Saturday Morning Kitchen.
