AN INVESTIGATION has been launched into the cause of a Bagillt house fire.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 8.05am on Sunday reporting a blaze at an address in Pen Lon.
Two crews were sent to the scene - one each from Holywell and Flint.
Also attending the scene were North Wales Police officers and crime scene investigators.
A spokesman for the fire and rescue service said the cause has not yet been determined, but officers are currently conducting an investigation on site.
They added there was 100 per cent smoke damage to the first floor and 10 per cent fire damage caused to the contents of the first floor.
There were no casualties, the spokesman said.
