A PUPIL was airlifted to hospital after falling ill during lessons on Tuesday morning.
Two air ambulances landed at Ysgol Dinas Bran in Llangollen to provide medical assistance to the pupil, who was then transferred to Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool.
A Denbighshire County Council spokesperson said: "A pupil at the school fell ill during the morning lessons.
"We called for medical assistance and an ambulance, and two air ambulances arrived at the school to assess the pupil.
"They were then airlifted to Alder Hay Hospital.”
The spokesperson said DCC has no further information about the pupil’s condition at this time.
