A TRAFFIC collision on the A55 at Rhuallt Hill caused two lanes to be blocked earlier this morning.
The incident is stated to have taken place between J28 (Rhuallt / Waen) and J29 (Pant-Y-Dulath) Eastbound as three lanes merged into two.
The incident caused two lanes to be closed, resulting in slow moving traffic. All lanes have since reopened.
North Wales Police said in a tweet: “Two lanes closed A55 Rhuallt hill Eastbound following collision, delays likely, avoid the area and find alternative route where possible please. Emergency services on scene. Thank you.”
A traffic report on the AA website said:
“Two lanes closed and slow traffic due to accident on A55 Rhuallt Hill Eastbound between J28 (Rhuallt / Waen) and J29 (Pant-Y-Dulath).
“Lane one and two (of three) are closed towards the top of the hill just before three lanes merge into two.”
