Denbighshire student of the year awards
NEARLY 100 Denbighshire school pupils were recently awarded for their “participation and excellence” across an array of vocational subjects studied at Rhyl College, as part of the county’s schools’ links programme.
The Denbighshire student of the year awards’ evening took place at Rhyl college recently, in front of a packed audience of schools’ link pupils, families and friends.
The event also recognised the value of the educational partnership between Coleg Llandrillo and Denbighshire schools.
Denbigh's Sion Jones (pictured far right) was vocational learner of the year winner in the independent living skills and customer service category.
