St Brigids School
THERE are a million reasons for Denbigh's St Brigid's School to be cheerful.
The school would like to thank all of the visitors from Age Connects North Wales and the Dementia Friendly Denbigh steering group who to join in as St Brigid's completed our 1,000,000 step challenge recently.
Pupils in Years 3 to 10 have been completing their daily mile challenges in conjunction with the one million step challenge to raise awareness for dementia in the local community.
A spokesperson from St Brigid's School said: "We would like to extend further thanks for the kind donations of activity and sensory equipment by Age Connects upon the completion of our challenge.
"We now look forward to more collaboration as some of our pupils will be working towards becoming Dementia Friends."
