THE stars of this week's Classroom Call are primary school pupils in Llangollen.
Pentre Church in Wales Controlled Primary School is federated with Froncysyllte C.P. School and Garth C.P. School, which are surrounded by the beautiful Clwydian Range and Dee Valley AONB. And pupils at the school in Pentre have been helping the environment this week by building a bug hotel and growing their own garden herbs.
Elsewhere pupils learned about the notorious Vikings and made shields, while pupils in the school's reflection area considered how a more peaceful community can be achieved.
