A ROAD in Caernarfon has been closed following a three vehicle collision which has left one person in hospital this afternoon.
The Welsh Ambulance Service say they were called at 12.53pm to attend reports of the incident on Constantine Road, involving a Suzuki Ignis, a Peugeot 208 and a Vauxhall Corsa.
One ambulance was sent to the scene and a patient was transported to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital in Bangor.
A spokesperson said: "We were called on Monday 22 July at approximately 12:53 pm to reports of a road traffic accident on Constantine Road in Caernarfon. We responded with one ambulance and one patient was transported by road ambulance to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor.”
North Wales Police were also present and have warned that the road will "remain closed for some time" until the vehicles are cleared.
