PUTTING the best foot forward has resulted in a worthy cause being awarded a four-figure sum.
Beryl Arrowsmith, from Bala, recently joined a number of others to take place in the annual Bala Challenge walk.
As a result of these efforts, £1,000 has been given to the North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan.
