Corwen Football Club
LAST Sunday, August 11, several youngsters went on a sponsored walk along the old Cynwyd to Corwen railway line to raise funds for Corwen FC's senior and junior teams.
Despite the wet weather over the weekend, the kids and their chaperones braced the muddy conditions to walk from the Blue Lion pub in Cynwyd to War Memorial Park in Corwen.
When they reached their destination, they all received a well earned hot dog and juice.
