A BIG boost has been provided to forthcoming events.
Denbigh Tennis Club has successfully secured a sponsorship deal with law firm Guthrie Jones and Jones Solicitors for the highly anticipated annual club tournaments.
The Denbigh men's singles tournament takes place at the club on Saturday, September 14 for the fifth year in a row.
Meanwhile, the Denbigh ladies' singles tournament will take place the following day, after its debut year in 2018 following an increase in demand.
The Denbigh - Alastair McNab mixed doubles cup takes place on Saturday, September 28.
This is in memory of former treasurer Alastair McNab, who sadly passed away in 2017.
Both singles tournaments will be the most open they have been, with Marc Shaw, Russell Jones, Andrew Thompson and Philip Shaw all eyeing up the silverware.
Last year's champion Valerie Fletcher will take centre stage for the ladies' tournament, alongside long standing rivals Alison Godwin, Meinir Hughes and Amanda Hughes.
