IT WAS goals galore in the Rhyl & District Sunday League over the weekend as at least six goals were scored in every fixture.
The highest scoring game finished Swan 9-3 Conwy Comrades. Aaron Dodwell (2), Harrison Bellis (2), Aaron Ralph (2), Tate Walker (2) and Dale Tudball were on target for the home team with James Cory, Martin Hughes and Skye Shields bagging for the away side.
The Sun came out 7-3 winners at home to Y Clwb. Sean Sheridan hit four for the home side with James Randle, Jacob Reynolds and Aaron Hoyle bagging the others. Tom Williams, Max Williams and Jordan Thomas-Jervis were on target for Y Clwb.
The Alex picked up their first three points of the season with a 6-2 win at Rydal Athletic. Goals from Andrew Welden and Harrison Holmes for Rydal and Dave Maddock brace for The Alex made it 2-2 at half time.
However, a spirited second half from the visitors and goals from Adam Hold (2), Alan Davies and Adam Porter ensured victory for The Alex.
Champions Mally FC enjoyed a 5-1 victory over Bar Bow thanks to four goals from the in form Francesco Gallina and a Nathan Watson effort. Young prospect Steve Flanagan was on target for the visitors.
Finally, Royal Oak and FC Prestatyn played out an entertaining 3-3 draw.
