A COMMUNITY has raised a huge sum of money for a worthy cause.
On Tuesday, October 22, a total of £2,128.60 was given to Ali Alcock, from Macmillan, following the attempt of the community to raise funds towards the special charity.
The total was raised by holding a coffee morning with “Cwis Cryn” during the evening, which this year included a special auction under the supervision of Sion Eilir.
The crew that was in charge of the arrangements would like to thank everybody, whether individuals or businesses, who contributed in any way towards the success.
