A JOINT concert has raised £400 for Childline.
Côr Clwyd Choir, based in Dyserth, along with Gwaenysgor Choir and local soloist Sian Punnett entertained a crowd of around 70 people at a joint concert held in Ysgol Dewi Sant, Rhyl.
The successful event helped raised funds for what orgnaisers are calling an "important local charity".
Sally King-Sheard, the volunteer co-ordinator for Childline Prestatyn said that she was "thrilled that the excellent concert had raised funds to support Childline’s work".
Sally received the cheque at a recent choir practice session held in Dyserth.
She added: "Childline always welcomes volunteers who can make various contributions to the charity’s work."
