A weather warning is in place across North Wales with Storm Brendan set to batter the UK.

The Met Office has issued a 14-hour yellow warning for strong winds which will develop on Tuesday - which may bring some disruption.

It warned of "likely" delays to road, rail, air and ferry networks, and the potential of some short term loss of power to some properties.

Natural Resources Wales has also warned of potential flooding on coastal areas across North Wales.

Storm Brendan, which has been brewing in the Atlantic over the last 24 hours, has already hit the west of Ireland and is forecast to move east across the UK throughout Monday.
