A WANTED man gave North Wales Police officers false details after being stopped in Wrexham – but was caught out by one of his tattoos.
In a post on social media, a spokesman for the Roads Policing Unit said: “ANPR hit on a vehicle overnight, believed to contain a wanted man in Wrexham. He was stopped and initially gave us false details but forgot he had tattooed his own name onto his thumb.”
The post also confirmed that the man was arrested for failing roadside drugs test as well as having no licence, insurance and for being wanted.
