A ST-ASAPH based property developer has received a five-star rating in the Home Builder Federation's prestigious scheme.

Macbryde Homes has been awarded the accolade as a direct result of customer satisfaction surveys; these are sent to all new homeowners eight weeks after moving into their new property.

The survey is made up of a series of questions that look at the extent to which the new homeowners would recommend their builder to a friend; whether they would consider buying a new build property again and a number of aspects relating to the level of service that they received throughout the purchasing process.

The rating is held in very high regard given the scale and comprehensive nature of the survey on which it is based.

Gwyn Jones, managing director at Macbryde Homes, said: “This accolade is based on the direct feedback of the people who’ve bought the homes we build and given that it’s independently collated and verified, we’re enormously delighted to have been formally recognised for what we already felt confident of.

“Home buyers are known to refer to this information when they’re making important purchasing decisions.

"As we continue to grow aggressively across not only North Wales, but also the North West of England, we feel sure that our five-star rating will stand us in good stead to provide new homeowners with the reassurance that they’re purchasing a quality new home.”

Running since 2005, the Home Builder Federation's Star Rating Scheme is open to all Home Builder Federation members.

Participation is voluntary and ratings last for one full year.
