Emergency services were called a person needing "urgent medical help" in Flintshire.
Police and the ambulance service were called to a cemetery on Old London Road in Flint this morning.
The ambulance service responded to reports of a person needing "urgent" medical assistance with two rapid response vehicles and one emergency ambulance.
One person has been admitted to the Countess of Chester Hospital, the ambulance service confirmed.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called on Wednesday at approximately 9.54am to reports of a person needing urgent medical help in Flint Cemetery.
"We responded with two rapid response vehicles and one emergency ambulance.
"One patient was transported to Countess Of Chester Hospital.”
North Wales Police assisted with the incident.
