ALMOST 275,000 people across the UK have tested positive for coronavirus, health chiefs have said.
The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed that as of 9am on May 31, there have been 4,285,738 tests carried out.
274,762 people have tested positive for the virus.
A spokesman added: "As of 5pm on May 30, of those tested positive for coronavirus in the UK, 38,489 have sadly died."
