TIDAL conditions have seen the RNLI scrambled for the third day running in Rhyl.
The service's inshore lifeboat was launched to rescue two people who had been cut off by the tide, , with deep water between them and the shore, off the boathouse on Rhyl beach.
The RNLI were alerted at 5pm on Monday, June by passersby who saw the people, who were totally surrounded by water as the lifeboat arrived.
Rhyl lifeboat Coxswain Martin Jones said: "We strongly advise anyone coming to the seaside to make themselves aware of the tidal conditions, as the water may come in behind them as the tide comes in."
The two casualties were taken on board the lifeboat and returned safely to the shore.
