A MAN who had driven from Chester to go swimming has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
Police officers stopped the car in Betws-y-Coed yesterday (Monday, June 1) after their suspicions were raised by the strong smell of cannabis.
The occupants of the car told the officers they had come from the Chester area to go swimming outdoors.
