FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire in Ellesmere Port
Shortly after 11.30pm yesterday (Monday, July 6) firefighters received a report of smoke in the Mill Lane area of the town.
On arrival the crew discovered that the smoke stemmed from a fire involving a small amount of garden waste.
Firefighters used water the extinguish the fire and were in attendance for around half-an-hour.
The fire is believed to have started deliberately.
