BOTH lanes of the A55 at Pentre Halkyn are now open following an earlier collision.
Traffic Wales confirmed shortly after 3.45pm on Sunday that the incident had taken place on the eastbound carriageway at junction 32a.
Just after 4.30pm, a Traffic Wales spokesman said: "Long delays [on the] A55 Eastbound J32a Pentre Halkyn due to an earlier RTC.
"Queues back several miles to J31 Caerwys."
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman told the Leader one ambulance crew attended the scene but nobody has been injured.
At about 5.15pm Traffic Wales confirmed both lanes had reopened.
