PRESTATYN movie buffs will be pleased to hear that the town's cinema at the Scala will be re-opening this week.
The cinema, located in the building at 47 High Street, will be back up and running as of this Wednesday (September 16).
Coronavirus restrictions will be put into place in order to ensure safety of staff and visitors. A spokesperson for Scala Prestatyn said: "As we will be restricting the number of people in each screening to assist with social distancing, we strongly advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment. We hope to see you soon!"
Among the first few movies film-lovers can watch at the Scala when it re-opens are Bill and Ted 3: Face the Music, as Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter make their return to the big screen as the lovable duo.
There's also a chance to see the mind-blowing 'Tenet'. Directed by Christopher Nolan and starring the likes of Denzel Washington, Robert Pattinson and Elizabeth Debicki, it's an action=packed movie that is not to be missed.
