North Wales Fire and Rescue Service
A WOMAN who had fallen on rocks near a river at East Street, Llangollen was rescued by fire fighters.
A North Wales Fire Service crew from the town and the service’s water rescue unit rescued the woman using a water sled.
Also during the weekend, two fire crews from Llangollen tackled a fire covering 30 square metres on open space near the town.
