DENBIGHSHIRE County Council has notified residents of a proposed development to a building in Ruthin.
The application is for listed building consent and proposes external repairs and replacements to windows and repair to damaged render on Stanley House, Llanrhydd Road.
If granted permission, the historic windows on the building, and the 1960’s windows, would be replaced with ‘more appropriate ones’.
This application has been submitted under the following Planning Acts; Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas 1990, Town and Country Planning 1990 and Town and Country (Development Management Procedure), Wales Order 2012.
You may inspect the above application (number; 02/2020/1008) and all plans and documents submitted with them until February 3, 2021 on www.denbighshire.gov.uk/planning.
