A PLANNING application has been made to turn a Denbighshire church house in to a holiday let.
The application for listed building consent has been put forward to Denbighshire County Council (DCC) and proposes the conversion and refurbishment of the church house building at St Mary's, Derwen.
It is located at the west side of St Mary's churchyard in the village.
If successful, the application will see the church house formed in to a holiday let.
It has been submitted under the following acts; The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012.
