TAKE a look inside these three stylish North Wales properties where fans of the hugely popular hit Netflix show can recreate the lifestyle of debutante Daphne Bridgerton.

The 82 million fans of Bridgerton now have the opportunity to step back in time and enjoy the romance and style of the period - with the welcome additions of flat screen televisions, modern kitchen, and internet access - here in North Wales.

The series stunningly reimagines life in Regency London, and holiday rental company Vrbo has marketed some of its properties for those wanting to experience living in the time of Bridgerton for themselves (when coronavirus restrictions allow).

Two of these properties are in Flintshire with another in Wrexham.

Netflix said Bridgerton has become its biggest ever original series after it was viewed by a record 82 million households in 28 days.

The hit period drama, which stars British actress Phoebe Dynevor as a debutante in Regency London and Rege-Jean Page as Simon Basset, was renewed for a second series last week.

The steamy drama has entered the top 10 in the popularity rankings in every country except Japan, while it has hit number one in 83 countries including the UK, Netflix said.

The 82 million viewing figure over the first 28 days since its release is a new record for a series produced by the streaming giant.

Reacting to the news on Instagram, Dynevor wrote: “This is utterly insane. I’m so proud of the incredible team behind this show! And thank you guys for loving it.”

Nicola Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington in the series, said she “truly cannot believe” the programme had set a new streaming record.

“Thank you all so much,” she added on Twitter.

Filming of the second series of Bridgerton will begin in the spring in the UK.
