POLICE are warning drivers that officers are still patrolling North Wales Roads.
The Roads Policing Unit said that officers had arrested a number of drivers in the Wrexham, Rhyl and Bangor areas this week for being behind the wheel under the influence of drugs.
Some were found to have committed other offences.
The unit tweeted: "Yet more #drugdrive arrests this week in Wrexham, Rhyl and Bangor. One was also a disqualified driver, others had no insurance. So you never know what else we'll discover when we stop you.
"Despite 'essential travel only' we are still out and about."
