A DRIVER "lied" to police for about an hour after being stopped in Rhyl.
The recovery truck driver was stopped on the evening of March 17.
When arrested, he eventually told officers his real name.
NWP Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "For almost an hour the driver lied about who he was. When arrested he eventually told us his real name.
"He was a disqualified driver and had no insurance who had driven to Rhyl to recover a car.
"Perhaps leave it to the experts."
