A DRIVER who was stopped due to not wearing the seat belt is to appear in court after being charged with drink driving.
The incident happened in St Asaph.
The 24-year-old was stopped in St Asaph on April 14 and failed a roadside breath test.
North Wales Police's Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "He'll now have to explain his actions to Magistrates later this month."
A simple stop due to a driver not wearing a seat belt has resulted in him being charged with drink driving.
