INFORMATION is being sought following a collision near Pentre Llanrhaeadr.
The North Wales Police Denbigh Rural team launched an appeal over the incident on Thursday.
A spokesman said: "We are appealing for witnesses to an RTC that occurred on the A525 just prior to Pentre Llanrhaeadr at 6.15am on Thursday, April 22.
"If you can help with our investigation, or have dashcam footage, please contact us."
