RESIDENTS have been warned of an ongoing scam involving the sale of 'TVs' from the back of a vehicle.
The warning came from North Wales Police's community safety team on Friday.
A spokesman said: "Scam in Wrexham and surrounding areas - please be aware of people selling TVs from the back of a vehicle.
"You buy a TV at a discounted price; the packaging contains a plastic shell.
"Don't be embarrassed if this happened to you - report them so we can stop them."
